Modern Classroom
Quality training is imperative to
the success of any organization, but extended time away from the office can take
employees out of corporate momentum, especially when they're needed most.
Acend Corporate Learning Modern Classroom was developed by industry
professionals to provide a method of training that combines the least amount of
time away from the office, with the most time dedicated to learning what they
need to know.
The Modern Classroom is a comprehensive training environment blending
video lecture, Instructor mentoring and hands-on lab exercises. Students training with Modern Classroom are provided with customized, individual learning plans that specifically meet their needs.
Assessments
are an integral part of a learner’s experience to determine areas of study and
measure retention. Rather than covering information they already
know their plan
will focus on topics they still need to learn. Students schedule themselves for
set periods of time, then come into the center and work through courses at their
own pace. An instructor is present in the room at all times to provide
individual attention and guide students through the learning process and
hands-on labs.
Audience
This training offering is designed for all levels of technical training students, from corporate clients to consumers. The structure of the learning environment is flexible, so individuals learn at a pace that is best for them. Anyone can benefit from the comprehensive nature of Modern Classroom training.
